Dr. Munir Kakish is the founder and pastor of Ramallah Local Church and has also served as pastor of Ramla Baptist Local Church since 1978.  He is the founder of New Life Boys’ Home in Ramallah and is currently the President of the Council of Local Evangelical Churches in the Holy Land (West Bank and Gaza). In addition, he serves as President of Ramallah Christian Outreach, a registered mission agency based in Minnesota.
